<br />TWELFTH, To my nieces, Catharine Hoye, Blanche Miller, Alice Langan, Gladys Kelly, Nellie Haimlint,
<br />Gertrude Wilcox, Florence Shubert and Neva Wilson, I bequeath the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to
<br />each one of them.
<br />THIRTEENTH, To my nephew, Charles Horth, I bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars.
<br />Fourteenth, All the remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, I bequeath to my wife,
<br />Elizabeth E.Miller.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Elizabeth E.Miller and Fred J.Miller without bond, to be
<br />Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former quills by me made.

<br />CODICIL MAKING SUBSTITUTED AND ADDITIONAL BEQUEST.
<br />I, Carl P.Miller of Wood River, Nebraska, do hereby declare the present writing to be a codicil
<br />to my last will and testament bearing date of the 4th day of December, 1926.
<br />Additional to Article headed "THIRD ". I declare to Add; I bequeath to my Brother, Fred J.Miller
<br />Three Thousand Dollars in lawful money. ($3,000.00) this being in additional to the undivided one
<br />half of the Northwest one - fourth of Section Seven in Township Ten North of Range Eleven Vest of t
<br />6th P.M.
<br />As to ARTICLE headed "ELEVENTH" Whereas by my said will I gave and bequeathed unto Augusta Horth,
<br />now deceased the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)2 now I do hereby revoke the said legacy
<br />As to Article headed "Thirteenth" Whereas by my said will I had also given unto my nephew, Charle
<br />Horth the sum of One Thousand Dollars 01,000.00) now I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said
<br />nephew the further sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 ) in addition to the said sum of One
<br />Thousand Dollars so bequeath to him as aforesaid, which said two sums, making together the sum of
<br />Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
<br />And I do hereby ratify and confirm my said will in all other respects.
