<br />Now on this 26th day of February A.D., 1935, this cause came on for hearing on the final report
<br />of Henry Mader, executor under the last will and testament of John E.Mader, deceased, and upon
<br />p
<br />his final report and petition for settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the
<br />!Court having examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly advis
<br />in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in sai
<br />estate, of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by
<br />the Court and no one appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, to-
<br />gether with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in
<br />the premises finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved
<br />and allowed as and for the final report of said executor, the Court further finds that the said
<br />John E.Mader departed this life on the 26th day of March, 1934, and at the time of his death was
<br />a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 3rd day of April, 1934, the said Henry Mader filed herein hi
<br />duly qualified petition, praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be
<br />the last will and testament of John E.Mader, deceased; the Court thereupon fixed the first day o
<br />May, 1934, as the date for hearing said petition, and for making proof of said last will and tes
<br />ment; that no objections were filed to the probate of said will and upon said first day of May,l
<br />said last will and testament was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate as and for the las
<br />will and testament of John E.Mader, deceased, and Letters Testamentary were duly issued thereon
<br />Henry Mader, executor, as named in said last will and testament and he thereupon duly qualified
<br />such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal n (btice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate, and that said time has fully
