<br />and being of sound and disposi.Lig mind and memory, do make this MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT in
<br />and form following; That is to say.
<br />Item First.
<br />I direct that the expenses of my last sickness and burial and all my just debts be first paid out
<br />of my estate.
<br />Item Second.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my children

<br />Elizabeth Mader, of Rialto, California,

<br />I hereby appoint my Son, HENRY MADER, Executor of this MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revokin
<br />any and all former Wills by me made and I hereby direct that no bond or other security shall be i
<br />required of my said Son as such Executor by the Court in which this my Last Will and Testament is
<br />probated and my estate settled and I hereby expressly waive the giving of any such Bond or Security.
<br />I further affirm and declare that my residence is Hall County, Nebraska, and I am only temporarily
<br />staying in Rialto, California, and I desire that this Instrument shall first be filed for Probate
<br />in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.
