<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the la
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Jasper Eggers, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 26t

<br />That subsequently due notice was given to all creditors for the filing of claims against this
<br />estate by publication for four consecutive weeks in said The Grand Island Herald, the last publi
<br />cation being on the 23rd ©f May, 1929, providing that all claims should be filed with this Court
<br />on or before the 30th day of August, 1929, and that all claims heretofore filed have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that the court costs herein have been paid and that neither this estate
<br />nor the heirs or legatees herein are liable for the payment of any estate or inheritance taxes t
<br />the United States of America or the State of Nebraska, and the executors are relieved from the p
<br />went of any such assessments, dues or taxes.
<br />The Court further finds that, according to the terms of said will, the North East Quarter of Sec
<br />tion Three in Township Eleven North, Range Eleven Nest of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, i
<br />a part of the remainder of said estate and is bequeathed to Arthur C.Mayer and John F.Eggers as
<br />trustees, to take and sell said premises and divide the proceeds, after the payment of a legacy
<br />to John F.Eggers, one of the executors herein, among the legatees set out in said will.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of August, 1934, said executors and trustees filed
<br />petition in this Court for an order directing them to sell said premises for $8,000.00, that bei
<br />a fair price for said land, and on the 30th day of August, 193+, this Court found said offer to
<br />fair and reasonable and directed said executors to sell said premises under the power given them
<br />in said will, for $50.00 an acre or a total of $8,000.00, and that in accordance with the power
<br />contained in said will, said executors.did sell and convey said premises to one George Court by
<br />good and sufficient warranty deed, and that the proceeds from said sale, as well as the rents
<br />collected by said executors and proceeds from the sale of other property, has been used in the
<br />payment of claims filed, costs incurred, taxes on said real estate, insurance premiums, personal
<br />taxes and the legacy to the said John F.Eggers and the expenses of administration, altogether th
<br />sum of $10,956.68 and that there is nothing left with which to pay the legatees named in said wi
<br />save and excepting the said John F.Eggers who has accepted $400.00 in payment in full of his leg
<br />of $500.00.
<br />The Court further finds that everything that should have been done has been done in this matter
<br />and that said estate should be closed.
<br />The Court further finds that according to said will, the proceeds from the sale of sAid premises
<br />shall first be used in the payment of debts, funeral expenses, expenses of last illness and cost
<br />of administration before any legacies are paid and that under the terms of said will Christene
<br />Eggers, widow of said Jasper Eggers, shall take all household goods, furniture and personal effe
<br />of the deceased, which personal property has been turned over to her by said executors.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that no further claims be filed and that all perso
<br />be enjoined from filing any claims of any kind or nature in this estate; that said executors be
<br />discharged,that said final report be approved and that the North East Quarter of Section Three,
<br />Township Eleven North, Range Eleven, West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, be awarded to
<br />r C.Mayer and John F.Eggers as trustees and that Christene Eggers, widow of the said Jasper
<br />ggers, has waived and released all right of dower, homestead or other statutory rights in said
<br />land for a valuable consideration, and that all legatees be forever barred from Making any claim
<br />said premises or any part thereof.
