208 <br />H <br />OR , I <br />THERUGUSTME co., 8427- 5-33. <br />!in addition thereto I give her one -half of all my property wherever the same may be situate;. <br />To said John F.Eggers of Cairo, Nebraska, my half- brother I give-Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). <br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate I devise and bequeath to the said Arthur C.Mayer and <br />!John F.Eggers as trustees, who shall take said property and sell the same as soon as, in their opi <br />t <br />ion, it would be advantageous so to do and the proceeds of said sale or sales, after deducting all <br />expenses and carrying charges, after payment of the above legacy and expenses, shall be divided in <br />to three major parts of which I give the said John F.Eggers one part, that is one -third of said <br />remainder; to the children of my deceased sister, Margurita Wiese, of which there,were five, I <br />give one part, that is to sa,y one -third of said remainder. Should any of said children be de- <br />ceased then the part which would have gone to such deceased child, shall be paid to the children <br />of such deceased person if any there might be and if there are no children, then to the brothers <br />and sisters of said deceased person. The remaining part of my estate that is one -third of the saj <br />remainder, shall go to the children of my brother Peter Jacob Eggers of which I believe there are <br />seven, and to my nephew Fritz Schnackenberg, the intention being that said FritzSchnackenberg is <br />to take with the children of my brother Peter Jacob Eggers, in like parts and if any of said per- <br />sons should die leaving children, the part given to such deceased person shall descend to his or <br />her respective heirs, but if there are no children thereof, then such part shall be paid to the <br />respective brothers and sisters.
