<br />JASPER EGGERS, deceased. )
<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard on the final report of Arthur C.Mayer and John F.Egg(
<br />executors named in the last will of the deceased, and from an examination of the files, the Coui
<br />finds that said report was duly filed in this office and notice of hearing thereon has been pub-
<br />re
<br />lished according to law for three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Herald, a legal newspaper
<br />printed and published in said Hall County, Nebraska, and no objections having been filed to the
<br />allowance of same, nor has any person appeared in opposition thereto and after an examination o
<br />s?id report, the Court finds that said report is true and correct and should be allowed and the
<br />same is hereby allowed as a final report of said executors and their bonds are released from f
<br />ther liability in this matter.
<br />The Court further finds that said Jasper Eggers departed this life on the 11th day of March, 199:
<br />in said Hall County, leaving a last will which was admitted to probate in this Court and is in
<br />words and figures as follows:
<br />I, Jasper Eggers, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last will hereby revoking all
<br />former wills by me made. I appoint my half brother John F.Eggers of Cairo, Nebraska, and Arthur
<br />C,
<br />Mayer joint executors of this will and direct that before any legacies are paid, that all my just
<br />debts, funeral expenses, expense of last illness and costs of administration be paid out of my
<br />estate before any distribution shall take place.
<br />To my dearly beloved wife I give that which the law gives her, namely the use of my home during
<br />term of her natural life, I also give her all my household goods, furniture and personal effect ;
