<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this 26th day of February A.D., 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report!
<br />of Herbert A.Schroeder and Lawrence Anderson, executors under the last will and testament of Detli
<br />Schroeder, deceased, and upon their final report and petition for settlement of said estate and
<br />their discharge herein, and the Court, having examined said report and the records and files in
<br />said estate, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said
<br />final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said final
<br />re-oort, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file, and the testimony in
<br />support thereof, end being duly advised in the premises, finds that said report is true and cor-
<br />rect in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said execu.
<br />tors, the Court further finds that the said Detlef Schroeder departed this life on the 22nd day o:
<br />July, 1932, and at the time of his death, was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 29th day of July, 1932 -,'the said Herbert A.Schroeder and Law-
<br />rence Anderson filed herein their duly verified petition, praying for the allowance and probate o:
<br />an instrument purporting to be a last will and testament of Detlef Schroeder, deceased; the Court
<br />thereupon fixed the 23rd day of August 1932, as the date for hearing said petition, and for makinj
<br />proof of said last will and testament, and no objections having been filed thereto, on said 23rd
<br />day of August, 1932, said last will and testament was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probat(
<br />as and for the last will and testament of Detlef Schroeder, deceased, and Letters Testamentg werf
<br />duly issued thereon to Herbert A.Schroeder and Lawrence Anderson as named in said last will and
<br />testament, and they thereupon duly quAlified as such.
<br />The -Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate, and that said time has fully expired;
<br />and that all claims having been filed and the costs of administering the estate are, as shown by
<br />the vouchers on file, paid. The Court further finds that the State inheritance tax due and payab7
<br />in this estate has been paid in full by said executors.
<br />The court further finds that the executors have complied with the provisions of said last will and
<br />testament, have paid all debts and expenses and have paid all of the legacies set out in said will
<br />in full end have made distribution of the rest, residue and remainder of said estate as directed
<br />in said will.
<br />The Court further finds that under the last will and testament of ' Detlef Schroeder, deceased, the
<br />title to the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the North East Quarter (E2NE4) of Section One (1) in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />The North West Quarter of the North West Quarter (NW4NW4) of Section Six (6) in Township Eleven
<br />(11), North, Range Eight (S), West of the 6 P.M. in Merrick County, Nebraska.
<br />was devised to Herbert A.Schroeder and to his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the executors
<br />be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for their final report and said estate is
