<br />To Mary K.Woolstenholm, and
<br />iTo Irma Woolstenholm Sonneland, a daughter,
<br />share and share alike, subject, however, to the homestead rights of the said Mary K.Woolstenholm,
<br />surviving widow, in and to Lot Five (5) in Block Eighteen (18),Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is subject to the payment of an Inheritance Tax under and
<br />by virtue of the Laws of the State of Nebraska, and that said Tax has been duly paid to the Treas-
<br />urer of Hall County, Nebraska, and a receipt therefor filed herein.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no Federal Estate Tax due under and by virtue of the Laws of
<br />the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Mary K.Woolstenholm, Executrix of the last Will and Testament of Joseph A.Woolstenholm, deceased,
<br />be and the same hereby is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />executrix, said estate is hereby settled and closed and said executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said estate, consisting of both real
<br />and personal property, as hereinbefore described, did pass and descend pursuant to the terms and
<br />provisions of the said Last Will and Testament of said deceased, as hereinbefore found by the Cour
<br />and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />LAST WILL OF DETLEF SCHROEDER.
<br />I, Detlef Schroeder, hereby make this my last will, revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I direct that all expenses of my last illness, burial and any debts which I leave, as well as the
<br />costs of probating this will and the administration of my edtate, shall be paid out of my persona]
<br />property.
<br />I hereby appoint my nephew Herbert A.Schroeder and Lawrence Anderson, husband of my niece, joint
<br />executors of this will and provide that neither need give bonds for the faithful performance of ti
<br />duties of that office.
<br />I further provide that Arthur C.Mayer or Ernest G.Kroger shall be the attorneys to probate this
<br />will and to carry on the administration of my estate until final distribution has been made.

<br />To the City of Grand Island, I give the sum of $100.00 for the perpetual up keep of my cemetery ldt.
