<br />interest shall be used for that purpose. In the event of the death of either of said grand childr

<br />then the other to inherit the share of the deceased, but in the event of the death of both of said
<br />'grand children prior to the arrival at the age of eighteen years, then this legacy shall lapse. 11
<br />is my intention hereby to make this provision so that my two grand children may acquire a college
<br />;education to thoroughly fit them for the duties of life.

<br />All the rest and residue of my estate, of every kind and nature whatsoever and wheresoever situatei
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary K.Woolstenholm, and unto my daughter;
<br />Irma Sonneland, share and share alike,; it being my intention hereby that they shall inherit said
<br />property in equal shares. Except that my said wife shall have the use of our home as long as she
<br />',lives or desires to occupy the same and I trust that she may share the same with my daughter, Irma
<br />' Sonneland, and my two grand children. It is my wish hereby that the home may be used as the home
<br />,of my wife, daughter and grand children as long as they shall live or as long as they desire to
<br />occupy same.

<br />I hereby designate Mary K.Woolstenholm as executrix of this, my last will and testament, and requei
<br />that said appointment be made by the County Judge administering the estate.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, this 14th
<br />day of May, 1930, and caused the same to be attested by competent witnesses.

<br />signature of the above entitled will by Joseph A.Woolstenholm, the testator; that he signed the
<br />same in our presence and declared and published the same as his last will and testament and we,
<br />at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each of us, sign the same as attest-
<br />ing witnesses. We further certify that in our opinion he is of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />at the time of the execution of said will.

<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Joseph A.Woblstenholm, deceased,
