<br />I, Joseph A.Woolstenholm, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and dis-
<br />posing memory, but not unmindful of the possibilities of death, do hereby make, publish and de-
<br />clare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me made and
<br />do solemnly declare this to be my last will and testament with provisions as follows, to -wit:
<br />1.
<br />In event of my death I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid
<br />out of my estate.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my sister, Mrs. Alice Stratton, of Lancaster, Wisconsin, the
<br />sum of $1,000 in the event she is living at the time of my death; in the event she is not liv
<br />at the time of my death, then this legacy is to lapse.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my sister Mrs. Ellen Tennant, of Lancaster, Wisconsin, the sum
<br />of $1,000 with the same provision that in the event she shall survive me she shall inherit the
<br />Ium of $1,000, but in the event of her death prior to mine, then this legacy is to lapse.

<br />It is my desire that the sum of $2,500.00 shall be set aside out of my estate for the education
<br />of my two grand children, Joseph A.Sonnela.nd and Marynette Sonneland; that said sum shall be i
<br />vested in good safe investments, preferring that it be. bonds of high grade, and the interest t
<br />from be re- invested until they shall arrive at the age of eighteen or upwards, at which time I
