<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this 17th day of November, 1923, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Mary L.Kindig, Executrix of the last will and testament of John W.Kindig, deceased, following due
<br />notice to all persons interested, as to the filing of said report and of the time appointed for
<br />final settlement of said estate.
<br />After a full examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in every respect and
<br />ought to be allowed; that said executrix has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased
<br />which came into her possession or under her control and that there remains no money in her hands
<br />for distribution.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice was given to all persons interested of the time allowed and
<br />place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time allowed for
<br />filing claims against said estate has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said
<br />deceased or his estate, if any such exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded; that all
<br />claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that said John W.Kindig departed this life on the 4" day of January, 1922, that
<br />he was gt the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, end that he
<br />left a last will and testament which instrument, after due notice to all persons interested, was
<br />d
<br />;4 p46ved, allowed, admitted to probate, and recorded in this office on the 211 day of March 1922.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of the real estate
<br />owned by testator at the time of his decease, to -wit: The North -east Quarter (NE4) of Section
<br />Twenty -five (25) in Township Nine (9) in Range Eleven (11) in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and
<br />descend at his death to Mary L.Kindig, his widow, for her use and benefit during the term of her
<br />natural life, and that at her death said real estate passes to and crests in the children and gran
<br />child -of said testator in the manner following: One- fourth (4) part thereof to Edna I.Kindig, his
<br />daughter, One- fourth (4) part thereof to Carlos.M.Kindig,-his son,.. One-fourth (j) part thereof
<br />to Lyle W.Kindig, his son, One- eighth (1/8) part thereof to Lena E.Kindig, his daughter and One-
<br />eighth (1/8) past thereof to Marvin C.Kindig, his grandson.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of Mary L.Kindig, executrix be and the
<br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims'
<br />or demands against the estate of John W.Kindig, deceased.
