<br />I, Paul Mirk) Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />416th day of August, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Augustus
<br />J.Meth, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of September, 1934,
<br />s said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as th

<br />'last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Augustus J.Meth, deceased, and the
<br />3 same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />of DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION.
<br />Augustus J.Meth, Deceased.
<br />Now on this 13th day of February, 1935, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the
<br />final report of Alida Maud Meth, executrix of the _said estate, and her petition for distribution
<br />of the assets belonging to said estate. The Court being fully advised in the premises finds that
<br />due and legal notice has been given to all parties interested in said estate of the time and plac
<br />of hearing upon said account and petition for distribution and that no objections are on file.Fro
<br />the evidence duly introduced and a careful examination of said account, the Court finds that the
<br />i
<br />same is true and correct in all respects and should be allowed.
<br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had for the filing and allowance of claims
<br />against said estate; that due notice has been given to all persons of the time and place of hears
<br />g
<br />thereon and that all claims allowed have been paid, and that all debts, claims and allowances
<br />a
<br />9 against said estate have been paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that said executrix has on hands belonging to said estate the sum of
<br />s
<br />$496.50, one Dodge Sedan automobile, and household furniture and effects, and that by the terms
<br />of the last will and testament of said Augustus J.Meth the said personal property should be dis-
<br />tributed as follows:
<br />Elmer Stuart Meth, $1.00
<br />Viola Mae Beach $1.00
<br />Alida Maud Meth, all the rest and residue of said moneys and other personal property.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Augustus J.Meth died seized of the following real estate:
<br />All of Lot 2 in Block 32, Wasmer's Addition and Wasmer's Second Addition to Grand Island,Hai1 COUTLty
<br />Nebraska, except the east twelve (12) feet thereof, and
<br />All of Lots 3,4,5,6,7,9,9,and 10 of said Block 32;
<br />All of Lots 6 and 7 of Hawthorne Place Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />and that by the terms of the said last will and testament the same should be assigned and distri-
<br />buted to the said Alida Maud Meth, in fee simple.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that the final account of said executrix be and the same is
<br />hereby approved, and that upon distribution of the personal property in her hands the said execu-
<br />trix be discharged from her trust. That the real estate hereinbefore described be and the same is
<br />hereby assigned to Alida Maud Meth, in fee simple, pursuaht.to the terms of the said last will an
<br />testament.
