<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report filed herein by
<br />said Administratria be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for said AdministratrixiIS
<br />final report, said estate settled and closed, and said Administratrix discharged and her bondsmen
<br />released from any and all further liability in said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that all persons having claims against said estate not filed
<br />within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are hereby barred, excluded and enjoined
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of his
<br />death, as hereinbefore described, did pass and descend at the death of said deceased as herein
<br />before found by the Court, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />GEORGE FREDERICK, DECEASED.
<br />NOW on this 29th day of March, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Owen Frederick, the duly appointed, qualified and acing Administrator of the estate of
<br />George Frederick, deceased, and upon his petition for the approval and allowance of said report,
<br />settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein as said Administrator, and the Court having
<br />examined the files and records herein, including said final report and the vouchers attached
<br />thereto, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That on the 16th day of October, 1933, said Owen Frederick filed his petition in this Court in
<br />which he alleged, among other things, that George Frederick departed this life a resident and in-
<br />habitant of said Hall County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day of March, 1933, and that he died intestate
<br />leaving an estate situated in said County and State to be administered in accordance with the laws
<br />of the estate of Nebraska, pertaining to the descent of real and personal property; that upon r
<br />ing and filing said petition this Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing
<br />petition and gave notice thereof as provided by law; and that said matter coming on to be heard
