<br />further,, that if the value of said tract -of -land, exclusive of value of the buildings thereon, be
<br />more than the value of one - seventh equal share of all my real estate at the time of the death of
<br />my said husband, Richard Rainforth, then said Arthur H.Rainforth shall pay to the other devisees
<br />hereinbefore named a sum sufficient to equalize the difference between the value of his said land
<br />and the value of one- seventh share of all my real- estate and if said tract of land is worth less
<br />than one full seventh share of all my real estate then said Arthur H.Rainforth shall receive the
<br />balance of his full one- seventh share from any other real estate or proceeds thereof.
<br />THIRD: Should any of my said children die in my lifetime, leaving issue or descendants, it is my
<br />will that the share of such deceased child shall not lapse, but that it shall vest in and go to
<br />the issue or legal representatives of such deceased child, by right of representation, It being
<br />my will that this devise shall vest the title to all my real estate in my said children, their
<br />heirs and assigns forever, subject only to the life use and interest of and in said property giver
<br />to my said husband, Richard Rainforth.
<br />I hereby nominate said Richard Rainforth as executor of this my last Will and Testament and here
<br />revoke all former Wills by me made. Dated March 17, 1904-
