<br />said deceased, for the sum of $141500.00; which contracts are valid and subject to be enforced ane
<br />i ! are now in the .possession of the Administrator with the Will annexed and said Contracts together
<br />with the proceeds thereof, should be assigned, share and.share.alike to Miles C.Rainforth, Thomas
<br />R.Rainforth, William H.Rainforth, John E•Rainforth, Albert P.Rainforth, Arthur H.Rainforth and
<br />Frederick M.Rainforth.
<br />14. That the said Miles C.Rainforth submitted his account and vouchers and no one appearing to
<br />object thereto or contest the same, the Court finds that said account is just and true and should
<br />be allowed and ordered recorded as his final account.
<br />15. The Court further finds that the said Miles C. Rainforth Administrator, C. T.A. , as aforesaid,
<br />has fully accounted for all property coming, into his possession or knowledge belonging to said
<br />estate and has faithfully and impartially administered said estate in accordance to law and the
<br />orders of the Court and has fully accounted for all property belonging to said estate which came
<br />to his possession or knowledge; that he has faithfully and impartially administered his said trust
<br />and that upon his filing vouchers and certificates of all of the heirs to the effect that payment
<br />and settlement has been fully made as to the amount due or to become due the estate accruing or
<br />growing out of said contracts, he be discharged, absolved and wholly acquitted from any and all
<br />liability on account of said trust.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND ORDERED by the Court that the account of the said Admin-
<br />istrator,C. T.A. , be and the same is hereby approved, confirmed, allowed and ordered recorded as
<br />his final account and that upon his filing vouchers and certificates of all of the heirs to the
<br />effect that payment and settlement has been fully made as to the amount due or to become due the
<br />estate accruing or growing out of said contracts, he be discharged, absolved and wholly acquitted
<br />from any and all liability on account of said trust.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND ORDERED by the Court that the above described contracts on
<br />the land described in said Will, together with the proceeds thereof be and the same is hereby
<br />assigned to Miles C.Rainforth, Thomas.R.Rainforth, William H.Rainforth, John E.Rainforth, Albert
<br />P . Rainforth, Arthur H.Rainforth and Frederick M. Rainforth, share and share alike.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of our said Court to be

<br />That I, Elizabeth Rainforth, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, and con-
<br />sidering the uncertainty of this mortal life, do hereby make, declare and publish this my last
<br />Will and Testament, as follows:
<br />FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, Richard Rainforth, all of my real estate for
<br />and during his natural life, to be controlled and managed by him, and for his sole use and benefit
<br />so long as he shall live.
<br />SECOND: After the death of my said husband, Richard Rainforth, I give and devise all of my real
<br />estate and property of every description unto my children, Miles C.Rainforth, Thomas R.Rainforth,
<br />William H.Rainforth, John E.Rainforth, Albert P.Rainforth, Arthur H.Rainforth and Frederick M.

<br />his own right the buildings situated upon the West half of the North -east quarter of section No.
