Steward, deceased. <br />Present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge. <br />Is Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />17th day of May, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Serenia E. <br />Steward, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA. <br />F I N A L D E C R E E <br />NOW on this 16th day_ of January, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the f final report filed <br />herein by Joseph T. Steward, the duly appointed, qualified, and'. aotih.g Executor of the estate of <br />Serenia E.Steward, deceased, together with his petition for the approval and allowance of his <br />final report, settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined <br />the files and records herein, including said final report and vouchers attached thereto, and being <br />fully advised in the premises, finds as follows, to -wit; <br />That on the 26th day of April, 1934, the said Joseph T.Steward surviving husband of said deoeased, <br />filed his petition herein wherein it was alleged, among other things, that said deceased departed <br />this life on the 9th day of February, 1933, intestate, and a resident of said County and State, <br />and at the time of her death was the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that <br />upon the filing of said petition an order was entered herein fixing the time and place for hears <br />said petition and notice thereof giving to all interested parties as provided by law; and that said <br />matter coming on to be heard upon said petition at the time and place fixed by order of the Court, <br />said Joseph T.Steward was appointed Administrator and duly qualified as sue# by filing herein his <br />bond as provided by law and order of this Court. <br />That on the 17th day of May, 1934, said Administrator filed herein his petition wherein it was <br />alleged that the proceedings heretofore had to administer said estate as an intestate estate were <br />in error in that an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased had <br />been discovered and should be offered for probate as the last will and testament of said deceased; <br />that upon filing said petition an order was entered herein f ixing the time and place for hearing <br />
