<br />Also excepting from the above conveyance the 22 acres deeded to Albert Holdredge, said premises
<br />containing 150 acres, more or less, together with all rights thereunto appertaining.
<br />All of Lots Two ( ?.),Three (3 ), Four (4), Five (5) and parts of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (9), all
<br />in Section Three (3),Town ship One (1), North, Range Thirteen (13), West, of the Sixth P.M. in
<br />Franklin County,,Nebrask a, containing 200 acres more or less.
<br />The East forty -seven (47) feet of the South eighty (SO) feet, of Lot Nine (9), in Block Nineteen
<br />(19) in H.G. Clark ' s Addition; and the East forty -seven (47) feet of Lot Eight (8) , in Block 6,
<br />Rollins Addition, all in Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of of the last will and testament of said deceased
<br />all of the property both real and personal of said deceased should be assigned to Stacia A.Cushing'
<br />surviving widow, to her and her heirs forever, in accordance with the terms of the said last will
<br />and testament subject however, to the payment of the Federal estate tax and of the state inheritance
<br />tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT That the final report filed herein
<br />should be and it is hereby approved. That all claims not filed against said estate within the
<br />time fixed are hereby forever barred that the real and personal property belonging to said estate
<br />is hereby assigned to Stacia A. Cushing, to her and her heirs forever and that upon the filing of
<br />the vouchers showing payment of the costs herein, including attorney fee, state inheritance tax
<br />and federal estate tax, the Executrix is hereby released from her bond and said bond cancelled.

<br />Is Serenia E.Stewar d, of the town of Tilden, County of Madison and State of Nebraska, being of
<br />sound acid disposing mind do make, publish and ordain this my last Will and Testament.
<br />First. I direct that from my estate all the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and all my
<br />just debts shall be paid in full.
<br />Second. As to the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal I give, devise
<br />and bequeath to my well and beloved husband Joseph T. Steward, to have and to hold for his benefit
<br />as long as he shall live and at his death the same shall be egi}ally divided between my legal heirs.
<br />Third. I make constitute and appoint my well and beloved husband Joseph T.Steward sole executor
<br />of this my last Will and Testament and to act without bond.
