No. 6 HALL COUNTY FINAL DECREE STATE OF NEBRASKA ) HALL COUNTY }SS IN THE COUNTY CURT OF SAID COUNTY ) At a session of the County Court held in and for said County,at "the County Court Room, in the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, and State of Nebraska. Present: Paul N.Kirk Judge of the County Court In the Matter of the Estate ) of ) FINAL DECREE. George Gimple, Deceased Now on this 22nd day of.-January,1935, before me Paul N.Kirk, judge of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, this matter came on to be heard upon the petition of Final Account and the final report filed herein by Peter C.Gimple, administrator of the estate of the said deceased. Whereupon the Court finds that due and proper notice of this hearing was given by publication as provided and required by law. the Court further finds that George Gimple died on the 15 day of April, 1934 intestate at Grand Island, Nebraska, where he had resided for a number of years prior thereto. That a petition was thereafter filed for the administration of said estate. That due notice was given thereof by pub- lication as required by law, and that on the 7" day of August, 1934, an order was duly entered herein appointing Peter C. Gimple, administrator. That he duly qualified by taking the oath and filing the bond required, and that he has been since said time and now is the duly appointed, qualified and acting administrator of said estate. That notice to creditors was thereafter duly given in accordance with an order entered herein which notice was for the purpose of fixing the time within which creditors of said estate might file claims against said estate. That the time for filing said claims in accordance with said notice has long since elapsed and that all claims against said estate not filed within said time should be and they are forever barred. That said notice was duly published and that proof of said publication is on file herein. That the administrator has filed his final report herein giving the items of receipts and expen- ditures, and that said report is true and correct and should be allowed as such. The court further finds that all claims against said estate which have been filed and allowed have been fully paid and satisfied, including court costs and attorney's fee herein and compensation allowed the administrator for his services herein. The court further finds that said deceased at the time of his death was an unmarried man, his wife having pre- deceased him and that he left as his heirs at law and next of kin the following named persons to wit: Peter C.Gimple, son, administrator herein, Grand Island, Nebraska; Stacia Cushing wido* of William H.Cushing, deceased, Hastings, Nebraska; Katherine Nichols, daughter, Fort Collins, Colorado; Sebastian Gimple, son, Grand Island, Nebraska; Elizabeth Anderson, daughter, Phoenix Arizona; and Louise Dryer, daughter, Grand Island,Nebraska. That the above named persons are all over legal age and past their majority; that said deceased left no other child or children, nor the son or daughter of any deceased child or children him surviving; and that the above named persons are the only named persons in his estate. g P That said deceased at the time of his death was the owner in fee and in possession of the follow- ing real estate to wit: Part of fractional lot eight (8) in fractional Block six (6) in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, which together with a part of fractional Lot nine (9) in Block nineteen (19) in H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, making a rectangular tract of ground having a southerly frontage of 47 feet on Sixth Street in said city and a depth of 90 feet. 4 There was also the following described lots and blocks in West View Addition to the City of Grand
