<br />and same is described as the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) and a strip of
<br />land two rods in width on the East side of the Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of Section 11, Township 11,
<br />Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 42 acres;

<br />That by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, in force at the daath of said
<br />deceased said real estate descended to the surviving husband, Michael O'Conner, and the father of
<br />said deceased, Fred W.Hessel, Sr., share and share alike, each taking an undivided one --half interei
<br />therein as tenants in common:
<br />That said real estate was the homestead of the said deceased and her surviving husband, Michael
<br />0' Conner, and said surviving husband is entitled to his homestead rights in and to said real estato
<br />and said real estate descends to the heirs -at -law, subject to the homestead right of the said
<br />Michael O'Conner;
<br />That in the proceedings of this Estate the name of O'Connor appears as Lena B.O'Conner and Lena B.
<br />O'Connor and wherever it appears that way, it refers to one and the same person; and
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of an Inheritance Tax either under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska or under the laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein
<br />by Michael O'Conner, Administrator of the Estate of Lena B.O'Conner, Deceased, be and the same is
<br />hereby approved and allowed as and for said administrator's final report, said estate settled and
<br />closed and said administrator discharged and the surety on his official bond released from any fur•
<br />ther liability in said matter.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred
<br />and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTH-',4R ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, owned by said decea ed,
<br />at the time of her death, and hereinbefore described in the findings of this Decree, did pass and
<br />descend, under and by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, in force at the
<br />time of said deceased's death, to Michael O'Conner, surviving husband, and Fred W.Hessel, Sr., su
<br />viving father, in equal shares, each taking an undivided one -half interest therein, as tenants in
<br />common, subject, however, to the homestead right in and to said real estate of the surviving hus-
<br />band, the said Michael O'Conner, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE MATTER OF THE .TSTATE OF LENA B. O'CONNER, DECEASED,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
