<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )
<br />OF LENA B.O'CONNER, FINAL DECREE.
<br />DECEASED.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate consisting entirely of real estate,
<br />NOW on this 16th day of January, 1935; this cause came on for hearing upon the final report,
<br />filed herein by Michael O'Conner, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the
<br />Estate of Lena B.O'Conner, Deceased, together with his petition for the approval and allowance
<br />of said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined
<br />the records and files herein, including said final report, together with the vouchers attached
<br />thereto, heard the evidence in support thereof, and being fully advised in the premises, finds; -
<br />That said report is true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for
<br />his final report, said estate should be settled and closed, and said administrator discharged and
<br />the surety on his official bond released from any further liability in said matter:
<br />That said administrator has personally advanced the money to pay the funeral expenses of said
<br />deceased, costs of administration, attorney fees and claims allowed against said estate• and he
<br />makes no claim for the re- payment of the amount advanced;
<br />That Notice has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the time and place
<br />fixing for a hearing thereon by publication in the Grand Island Independent for three successive
<br />weeks, as provided by law, and all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within th,
<br />time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />That said deceased departed this life intestate on the 4th day of April, 1934, being at the time
<br />of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />That said deceased left surviving her as her heirs -at -law, and only heirs -at -law, and persons en-
<br />titled to share in her estate the following named, to —:pit:
<br />Michael O'Conner, the petitioner herein, and surviving husband of said deceased, and
<br />Fred W.Hessel, Sr.) her father;
