<br />The Court further finds that the costs of administration, attorney fees, and all claims filed and
<br />allowed within the time fixed by the Court have been fully paid and settled, and the special

<br />legacies to Gertrude Heesch and Helen Heesch also have been paid in full, and the balance of the
<br />personal property distributed as hereinbefore found by the Court.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no Inheritance Tax due under the Laws of the State of Nebraf
<br />nor under the Laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEFiEFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Executc
<br />be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final report, said estate is here-
<br />by settled and closed, and said Executor discharged, and his bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the time fixed for filing claims
<br />against said estate has fully expired, and all persons having claims, if any such there be, not
<br />filed within the time specified, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claims.
<br />IT IS FURTHFM ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate owned by said deceaj
<br />at the time of his death and the balance of the personal property on hand after the payment of
<br />costs of administration, attorney fees, special legacies, and claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate, be and the same is hereby distributed as hereinbefore found by the Court, and dis-
<br />tribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />Millie C.Denman, Administrator of the estate of Clarinda Fuller, deceased, after due notice by
<br />publication to all persons interested of the filing of said report and of the time and place
<br />fixed for final settlement of said estate.
<br />On consideration whereof the court finds that the administrator has accounted for all of said
