Y£ - -,23 <br />3 <br />WILL AND DECREE. <br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD <br />THE LAST WILL OF JAMES HEESCH. <br />I, James Heesch, of Grand Island,Nebraska, make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wil <br />by me made. <br />I appoint C.J. 1Gords, Jeweler of Grand Island, executor of this will. <br />I have made Mrs. Augusta. Cords, Beneficiary of my death benefits in the Plattdeutsch Vereen, whit: <br />money she shall use in the payment of my funeral expenses and the arrangement of my grave. <br />To my granddaughters, Gertrude Heesch and Helen Heesch, of Long Beach California, each, I give th <br />sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00). <br />To my daughter Mrs. Tina Yocum, I give and devise Lot Two (2) in Block One-Hundred Three (103) <br />in Railroad Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, with complementary fraction in <br />Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island, to her and to her heirs forever. It is my wish <br />that she do not sell this property nor mortgage it for a period of ten years (10) from my <br />,��' decease and I hope that she will obey my wish the same as though it were a condition to the <br />taking of the title to said premises. In addition to said real estate, I give my daughter <br />tp all of the furniture in the house on said lot, now my home, but not my dishes , bed, bedding, <br />blankets and comforts. <br />To my daughter, Anna Graefe, I give my beds, bedding, blankets, and comforts belonging thereto, <br />and to my step-daughter; Augusta Cords, I give all of my dishes, china and glassware. <br />�To said C.J.Cor ds, my son -in -law, I give and devise Lot One (1) in Block One Hundred Three in <br />oKoenig and Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, with complementary fraction <br />�:in Railroad Addition to Grand Island.
