<br />ifor creditors to file claims, if any, against said estate; that no claims were filed, and that
<br />after the time limited by order of this court had expired, and on the 14th day of December, 1934,
<br />this court made and entered an order barring all other claims not filed against said estate.
<br />That said estate is not liable for an inheritance tax or any other estate tax, for the reason that
<br />the value thereof is less than is exempt to the heirs of said deceased as provided_by the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska.
<br />That as shown by the report of said administrator, no personal property has come into his possessi
<br />as such administrator; that the heirs, Fannie L.Jackson and Walter H.Jackson, have advanced to him
<br />sufficient funds with which to pay the costs of this proceeding, and that no personal property of
<br />any kind remains in his possession as administrator, and that the report of said administrator
<br />should be by this court approved and ratified; that nothing further remains to be done in this
<br />estate, and that it should be closed and the administrator discharged and the real estate assigned
<br />as provided by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court:
<br />1. That each and all of the findings hereinbefore made be and the same are decreed to be true, to
<br />the same extent as if specifically set forth herein.
<br />2. That the report of W.E.Christopher as administrator of said estate should be and is hereby
<br />in all things found to be true, and should be approved.
<br />3. That the real estate hereinbefore described, to -wit;
<br />The southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 9, North, Range 10, Vest of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />should be and is hereby assigned as provided by the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska to
<br />Fannie L.Jackson and halter H.Jackson, daughter and son respectively of John M.Jackson, deceased,
<br />to each an undivided one -half interest in fee, absolutely.
<br />4. That said estate is not liable for any inheritance tax or other estate tax, because the value
<br />thereof is less than is exempt to the heirs at law under the laws of the state of Nebraska.
<br />5.That no claims were filed against said estate in this proceedings, and all other claims not
<br />filed have been barred forever; that the expense and costs of this proceeding have been paid by
<br />the administrator from funds furnished by the heirs above named, of said deceased.
<br />6. That the said W.E.Christopher should be and he is hereby discharged as administrator, and his
<br />letters of administration cancelled and annulled.
