<br />and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, finds that said
<br />report is true and correct in all things and that said report ought to be approved and allowed as
<br />and for the Final Report of said Administrator, said estate settled and closed and said Adminis-
<br />trator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that all per-
<br />sons having claims against said esta -e, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such
<br />there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Dietrich Bushmann departed this life on the 10th day of
<br />December, 1929, being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that he died intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, the
<br />following named persons : -
<br />John Bushmann, a son,
<br />Lena Bushmann.Fuss, a daughter,
<br />Herman Bushmann, a son, and
<br />Frieda Bushmann,
<br />the wife of the said Dietrich Bushmann preceded him in,death and he left no surviving widow.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has received from all sources the sum of $966.30
<br />and after payment of funeral expenses, costs of this proceeding, attorney's fees, and administra-
<br />tor's fees, and other debts of the deceased, there remains in his possession the sum of $99.16
<br />which amount, after payment of real estate taxes due, is to be distributed to John Bushmann,
<br />Herman Bushmann, Lena Bushmann Fuss and Frieda Bushmann, in equal shares.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Dietrich Bushmann died the owner of real estate situated
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: -
<br />Lots 6, 7 and S, in Block Twenty -one (21), in Packer & Barr's Second Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, and
<br />The North half of the Northeast Quarter (NJNEJ) of Section Thirty -four (34), Township Eleven (11 )
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), Nest of the 6th P.M., containing 80 acres, a little mDre or less accord-
<br />ing to the government survey,
<br />and that said real estate did pass and descend, in absolute title, at the death of the said
<br />Dietrich Bushmann by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska,
<br />cribed, did pass and descend, at the death of said deceased, as hereinbefore found by the Court,
<br />and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />share and share alike, each having an undivided one - fourth interest therein.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to any Inheritance Tax under the Laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, nor to any Federal Estate Tax under the Laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the said
<br />John Bushmann, Administrator of the Estate of Dietrich Bushmann, deceased, be and the same hereby
<br />is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administrator, said
<br />Estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTH:M ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said real estate, hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed, did pass and descend, at the death of said deceased, as hereinbefore found by the Court,
