<br />Now on this 2nd day of January, 19352 this cause came do to be heard upon the final r eport of
<br />Martha H.Oldson, executrix of the estate and last will and testament of Harry N.Oldson, deceased,
<br />following due notice of the filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for hearing
<br />thereon as by law and the order of the court required and none having appeared to object or prote
<br />against the allowance of said report,
<br />After a full examination thereof and the court being fully advised in the premises finds that sail
<br />report is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed, that the executrix has accounted for
<br />all property of said deceased coming into her hands or under her control; that the assets of said
<br />estate which were pledged as security with the International Harvester Company of America, have
<br />been assigned and transferred to the International Harvester Company of America, in settlement,

<br />and payment of the claims which said company heretofore filed against said estate, and that all
<br />bills against said estate have been paid as set forth in the agreement dated November 152 19342
