<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of

<br />WILL AND DECREE.
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HARRY N. OLDSON, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Harry N.Oldson, being of sound mind and disposing memory
<br />do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, as follows:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, and the expenses of my last illness,
<br />if any, and other just debts be first paid by my Executrix, hereinafter, named.
<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Martha H.Oldson, the sum of $2000.00 in addition
<br />to the life insurance which is payable to her.
<br />THIRD: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br />wife, Martha H.Oldson and the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island,Nebraska, as joint
<br />trustees, and direct that said trustees shall pay to my wife, Martha H.Oldson, the sum of $100.00
<br />on the first day of each and every month, as hereinafter set forth, and that they shall pay to
<br />my daughter, Lenora M.Salyer, the sum of $100.00 on the first day of each and every month. I
<br />direct that the proceeds of said trust fund shall be invested in first real estate mortgages and
<br />that every five years there should be paid to my wife, Martha H, Oldson, the sum of $2500.00, and
<br />every five years to my daughter, Lenora M.Salyer, the sum of $2500.00, until the said trust fund
<br />and accumulations thereon is exhausted. In the event of the death of my wife, Martha H.Oldson,
<br />I direct that said remaining trustee shall pay to the said Lenora M.Salyer the said sum of $100.
<br />per monttz .aAdthe sum of $2500.00 at the end of every fifth year until said trust fund is exhauste .
<br />In the event of the death of my daughter, Lenora M.Salyer, I direct that my trustees shall pay to
<br />my wife, Martha H.Oldson, the sum of $200.00 per month and $2500.00 every five years until the sad
<br />fund is exhausted.
<br />FOURTH: I hereby authorize my Executrix hereinafter named to sell any and all of my property,
<br />whether real, personal or mixed, without application to or authority from any court whatsoever.
<br />FIFTH: I hereby name, nominate and appoint my wife, Martha H.Oldson, Executrix of this my last
<br />will and testament, and hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
<br />SIXTH: I hereby name, nominate and appoint Martha H.Oldson and the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company
<br />
