<br />expired, and that all claims having been filed, and the costs of administering the estate, are
<br />as shown by the vouchers on file, paid.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no state inheritance tax payable herein.
<br />The Court further finds that the Executrix has complied with the provisions of said last will and
<br />testament, has paid all debts and expenses and has delivered possession of all personal property
<br />to the widow, Cecelia Wegner, for her use and support, and subject to the conditions of paragraph
<br />numbered third of said last will and testament.
<br />The Court further finds that under the last will and testament of Fritz Wegner, deceased, the
<br />title to the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />South half of northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section
<br />Twenty -one (21) , Township El even (11) North, Range Nine (9) Test of the 6th P.M.; in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />Southwest quarter of southwest quarter of southeast quarter of Section Twenty -one (21), in_
<br />Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall'County, Nebraska.
<br />was devised to Emma Knuth, or in the event she does not survive the widow of said Fritz Wegner
<br />deceased, then to the children of said Emma Knuth, share and share alike, all upon the condition
<br />that the said Emma Knuth look after and care for the testator and his Wife during them lifetime.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Execu-
<br />trix be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report, and said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed, and said Executrix discharged, and her bond as such is hereby re-
<br />leased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the last will
<br />and testament of Fritz Wegner, deceased, the title to the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />South half of northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 21,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., and
<br />Southwest quarter of southwest quarter of southeast quarter of Section 21, in Township 11 North
<br />of Range 9 West of 6th P.M.)
<br />all in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Emma Knuth, or in the event she does not
<br />survive the widow of said Fritz Wegner, then to her children, share and share alike, all upon the
<br />condition that the said Emma Knuth look after and care for the testator and his wife during their:
<br />lifetme.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against sq.id estate,
<br />not filed herein, are forever barred.

<br />tificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF FRITZ WEGNER,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof , now remaining in said Courts that the same is a corre
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Recor
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I an the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records
<br />Of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
