<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Courtin and for said County. do hereby certify that on the
<br />29th day of March, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Fritz
<br />Wegner, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of June 1934, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the las,
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Fritz Wegner, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now, on this 2nd day of January, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Emma Knuth, Executrix of the last will and testament of Fritz Wegner, deceased, and upon her fina
<br />report and petition for settlement of said estate, and her discharge herein, and the Court, Navin
<br />examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly advised in the preen
<br />ises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate, of
<br />the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court,
<br />and no one appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with
<br />the vouchers on file, and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premise
<br />finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and ought to be approved and allowed as
<br />and for the final report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fritz Wegner departed this life on the 13th day of March, 1934)
<br />and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 29th day of March, 1934, the said Emma Knuth filed herein her
<br />duly verified petition, praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be
<br />the last will and testament of Fritz Wegner, deceased, the Court thereupon fixed April 24, 1934,
<br />as the date for hearing said petition, and for making proof of said last will and testament; that
<br />objections were filed to the probate of said will by Hans Gulzow, Emma Schwenk, Meta Gulzow, Dora
<br />Knuth, Herbert Gulzow and Fritz Gulzow, and the matter continued until the 23d day of June, 1934,
<br />upon which date the said last will and testament was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probat
<br />as and for the last will and testament of Fritz Wegner, deceased, and letters testamentary were
<br />duly issued thereon to Emma Knuth, Executrix, as named in said last will and testament, and she
<br />thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate, and that said time has fully
