<br />WILL AND DECREE.
<br />LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRITZ WEGNER.
<br />I, Fritz Wegner, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following:
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />Second.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife, Cecelia Wegner, all my property, real and perso
<br />for her use and support for and during her natural life.
<br />Third.
<br />I give and bequeath to the children of our deceased daughter, Meta Gulzow, who are as follows:
<br />Hans Gulzow, Emma Schwenk, Irene Becker, Dora Knuth, Herbert Gulzow, Albert Gulzow, and Fritz
<br />Gulzow, share and share alike, the sum of Twenty one hundred ($2,100.00) Dollars, which shall be
<br />paid out of the personal property only, and if the personal property should at the death of my
<br />wife be less than $2,100.00, after payment of all debts and expenses, then the aforesaid children
<br />of Meta Gulzow, shall divide equally, whatever remains out of the personal property.
<br />Fourth.
<br />All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal property, I give, devise
<br />i
<br />and bequeath, to my daughter Emma Knuth, or in the event she does not survive my said wife, then
<br />to her children, share and share alike, all upon the condition that the said Emma Knuth, loop
<br />after and care for me and my beloved wife, during our life time. It is not the intention however
<br />that she be hereby obligated to pay for our living expenses out of her funds.
<br />Fifth.
<br />I nominate and appoint my daughter, Ernma Knuth, as executrix of this, my ]a st will and t estamen�,,
<br />and request that she be not required to furnish surety upon her official bond as such.
