Abbott, as tenants in common, each taking an undivided one -half interest therein and said real estate above described, belonging to the deceased, is hereby awarded to said Sabra J.Abbott and Roscoe C.Abbott, in fee simple, as tenants in common, each taking an undivided one -half interest therein; that said estate and the succession thereto, is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of Nebraska or to any Federal estate tax; that said estate has been fully administered and is hereby settled and closed and the administratrix is discharged of her trust and her bond released.
