<br />"'J'Tha�t said Administratrix, Paula Stobbe, has also received into her possession 10 shares of the
<br />Farmers Union Cooperative Company, of Grand Island,Nebraska, 1/4 share of the Farmers Grain and
<br />Supply Company of Valley County, Nebraska, and 5 shares of the - Farmers Union Cooperative Gas and
<br />Oil Company, of Grand Island, Nebraska, which has been distributed in accordance with an Order
<br />entered herein on the 22nd day of March, 1933;
<br />That the Estate of the said Carl Stobbe, deceased, is not subject to the payment of any Inheritanc
<br />Tax either under the laws of the State of Nebraska, or the lades of the United States;
<br />That the final report, filed herein by Paula Stobbe, Administratrix of the estate of Carl Stobbe,
<br />deceased, is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as
<br />and for her finalreport, said estate settled and closed, said Administratrix discharged and the
<br />surety on her official bond released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein
<br />by Paula Stobbe, Administratrix of the Estate of Carl Stobbe, Deceased, be and the same is hereby
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and closed, and said Admin-
<br />istratrix discharged, and the surety on her official bond released from any further liability in
<br />said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any and all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate owned by the said
<br />Carl Stobbe, at the time of his death, hereinbefore described, did pass and descend under and by
<br />virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, to Paula Stobbe, his surviving widow,
<br />and Carol Robert Stobbe, his son, share and share alike, subject, however, to said surviving
<br />widow's homestead right in and to the real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, and distri-
<br />bution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
