<br />NOW on this 11th day of April, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report, filed
<br />'herein by Paula Stobbe, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administratiox of the Estate of
<br />Carl Stobbe, Deceased, and upon her petition for the settlement of said Estate, and her discharge
<br />!herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, including said final report,
<br />and being fully advised` in the premises, finds as follows:-
<br />That on the 1st day of May,.1931, Paula Stobbe filed her petition in this Court, alleging, among
<br />other things, that her husband, Carl Stobbe, departed this life on the 23rd day of April, 1931.,
<br />being at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that he died
<br />intestate, and was the owner of an estate at the time of his death, consisting of both real and
<br />personal property, to be administered, and praying that a hearing be had on said petition, and fi
<br />such other relief as may be necessary and proper in the premises, whereupon the Court entered an
<br />Order fixing the time and place of hearing on said petition and gave notice thereof, as provided
<br />by law, and upon hearing the evidence in support of said petition, the Court found the allegatio:
<br />contained therein to be true, and granted Letters of Administration to the said Paula Stobbe, to
<br />administer the assets of said estate;
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing
<br />claims against said estate, and that such time has fully expired, and all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of said Carl Stobbe, deceased, if any such there be, and not filed herein,
<br />should be forever barred and excluded groin setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />That the said Carl Stobbe departed this life, leaving as his heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law,
<br />and persons interested in his estate, the following named: -
<br />Paula Starbbe, surviving widow, and
<br />Carol Robert Stobbe, a son, who was born on the 7th day of September, 1918;
<br />That the said Carl Stobbe departed this lifethe owner of an estate, consisting of both real and
<br />personal property, said real estate being described as "All that part of the East half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (Ej SEJ) of Section Twenty (20), and all that paint of the West half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (WJ SWJ) of Section Twenty -one (21) South of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy
<br />Railroad, known as the Belt Line through said Sections, all in Township Eleven (11)2 North Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.B., containing 96 acres, more or less, in Hall County, Nebraska. ".
<br />and "the North one -half (N2) of Section Four (4), township Seventeen (17),Range thirteen (13), co
<br />taining 316 acres, more or less, in Valley County, Nebraska," which real estate did pass and des-
<br />cend, at the death of said deceased, under and by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State
<br />Robert
<br />Nebraska, to Paula Stobbe, surviving widow, and Caro1A Stobbe, a son, share and share alike, each
<br />having an undivided one -half interest therein, the said one -half interest descending to the said
<br />Carol Robert Stobbe, a son, is subject to the homestead right of his mother, Paula Stobbe, sur-
<br />viving widow of the said Carl Stobbe, in and to the real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraski
<br />which was the homestead of the deceased and his family prior to his death.
<br />That the said Administratrix,Poula Stobbe has received personal property, of the value of
<br />$3,079.13, more particular set out in her final report filed herein, which has been reduced to
<br />cash, and expended in the payment of claims allowed against the estate of the said Carl ]Stobbe,
<br />deceased, funeral expenses, costs of administration, etc., leaving a balance of ;512.33, which hay
