<br />IP'laces a sub- division of a part of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 11, North, Range
<br />9, West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being the premises
<br />described in said will as lying on South Pine Street in Hawthorne Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, also the South Half of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of Section 3, township 10 north, Range 9, West of the 6 P.M. in said Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />that according to the will, the terms of said last will and codicil, said Lot 10 in Hawthorne Place,
<br />a part of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9, in Hall County, N
<br />braska, the home of said deceased, is devised to said Anna Hansjousten and the Court finds that
<br />said :premises belong to her and the same is so awarded to her and to her heirs and assigns forever
<br />The Court further finds that said South Half of the North East Quarter and the North East Quarter Of
<br />the South East Quarter of Section 3, Township 10 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County
<br />Nebraska, was the property of said deceased at the time of his death and that according to the
<br />terms of said will, said premises were devised to the said Anna Hansjousten and said Ida Spring
<br />share and share alike and the Court awards said premises in equal parts to said devisees and to
<br />their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that the wife of said Hans Lipke predeceased him and that at the time of
<br />his death, he was a widower and his only heirs at law were the said Anna Hansjousten and the said
<br />Ida Springsguth.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts, claims and demands against said estate have been paid,
<br />that all court costs and fees have been paid and that said estate is not liable to State or Federa
<br />inheritance or estate taxes; that the legacy to Elise Boersen of $300.00 set out in said will, has
<br />been paid and discharged and that said Elise Boersen has no interest,claim or demand whatsoever in
<br />said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the legacy of 0,000.00 given to Anna Hansjousten, daughter of said
<br />deceased, has been paid and satisfied by the said Ida Springsguth, and that said Anna Hansjousten
<br />has no claim any longer in said estate with reference to said legacy of X3,000.00 and that the
<br />charge against the land of the deceased, has been satisfied and released.
<br />The Court further finds that everything that should have been done in this estate has been done an
<br />that the executrix should be discharged.
<br />It is therefore ordered and decreed that said executrix be discharged and her bond released from
<br />further liability.

<br />is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a
<br />Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk author-

<br />the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
