<br />I, Paul N. Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />23rd day of March, 19342 a petition praying for the probate of an instrument purporting to be the
<br />last will 4nd testament of Hans Lipke, deceased, was filed in this Court. That on the 17th day oll
<br />April 1934, instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated and allo!
<br />as the last will and testament and codicil of the real and personal estate of said Hans Lipke,
<br />deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />This matter coming on to be heard upon the final report of the executrix, Ida Lipke Spxingsguth
<br />and upon examination of the files, the Court finds that due and legal notice has been given of th
<br />filing of her final report, to all persons interested in this matter in the Grand Island Herald,
<br />legal newspaper in and for Hall County, Nebraska, and no objections having been filed and no one
<br />having appeared opposing the acceptance of said report, the Court finds that said report is true
<br />and correct and should be approved as the final report of said executrix and that all of the ass
<br />have been disposed of and the balance has been paid to Anna Hansjoust4.n and Ida' Springsguth, and
<br />said report is hereby approved, accepted and adopted as her final report herein, and that she ha
<br />distributed all funds which have come into her °._hands according', to the. irepofrt.
<br />The Court further finds that there is undisposed of a deposit in the Chapman State Bank of Merri
<br />County, Nebraska, now in liquidation, amounting to $390.00; and that there is undisposed of a
<br />posit in the Nebraska National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, amounting to $348.00; that said
<br />posits are the property of the two residuary legatees in the will of the deceased, namely
<br />Anna Hanejousten of Merrick County, Nebraska, and Ida Springsguth of Grand Island,Nebraska, and
<br />that each of said persons has an undivided one -half interest in said deposits and is entitled to
<br />make a claim against said banks for one -half of said deposits.
<br />The Court further finds that Hans Lipke departed this life testate in Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />the 14th day of March, 1934, a widower, and that his last will was admited to probate in this
<br />8
<br />Court on the 17th day of April, 1934: and that he was seized in fee of his home Lot .Ten in Hawthorne
