<br />THE LAST WILL OF HANS LIPKE
<br />Is Hans Lipke, make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I appoint Carl Buhr of Washington Township, Hall County, Executor of this will without bond.
<br />To my dearly beloved wife; Margaretha Lipke, I give and bequeath all my personal property, notes,
<br />monies or other choses in action.
<br />She shall use and dispose of all of said personal property as she may see fit, but any part of the
<br />same that may be on hand at the time of her decease, shall be divided in equal parts, one -half (1 /�)
<br />of which shall go to my daughter Anna, and the other half (1/2) shall go to my daughter Ida, excep
<br />ing the household goods, all of which shall go to my daughter Ida at the decease of my wife.
<br />I give and bequeath to Elise Boersen Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, payable to her at the time C
<br />my wife's decease in the event she survive me, or after my decease in the event I survive my wife.
<br />In addition thereto, I give and devise unto my wife; the use of all my real estate for and duri=g
<br />the term of her natural life; at her death my land in Section Three (3) in Township Ten (10) Nori
<br />Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, shall go to my daughter Ida, subje
<br />however, to the payinent of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to my daughter Anna, which sum I make
<br />charge upon said premises in favor of my daughterAnna, until paid; my home on South Pine Street i
<br />Hawthorne Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, I give to my daughter, Anna, subject to
<br />the use thereof in my wife.
<br />Said legacies shall be due one year after the decease of my wife, or after my decease in the event
<br />that I survive her.
<br />The provisions made for my wife shall be taken by her in lieu of her statutory rights in my estate
<br />Done at Grand Island,Nebraska, this 12th.day of May, 1926.
