<br />SUPPLEMENTAL DECREE.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF JOHN SULLIVAN,
<br />DECEASED.
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />NOVI on this 21st day of December, 1934, this cause came on further to be heard upon the final
<br />account filed herein by Catherine Llewellyn and George H. Sullivan, Administratrices of the Estate',
<br />of John Sullivan, Deceased, and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds;-
<br />That heretofore on the 25th day of February, 1930, a Final Decree was entered in the Estate of
<br />John Sullivan, deceased, approving the final account of Catherine Llewellyn and George H.Sullivan
<br />Administratri,ces of said Estate, barring claims against said estate, determining the heirs of saV
<br />deceased, and making distribution of the property, both real and personal, in accordance with the
<br />Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska then in force;
<br />That since the entering of said Final Decree, the heirs of said deceased desirigg to obtain a loar
<br />on real estate, which was a part of the assets of said estate, made application to the Federal
<br />Government, and upon the Abstract being examined, objections were entered to the Notice of Publi-
<br />cation as to the time and place for hearing and approving the Final Account filed in said estate,
<br />in that it was only published one week when it should have been published three weeks;
<br />That to cure this defect in the publication of Notice on the final account filed herein by said
<br />Administratrieds, Margaret Sullivan, one of the heirs of said deceased, filed herein her applica-
<br />tion on the 28th day of November, 1934, praying for an Order re- opening said estate and fixing a
<br />subsequent date for re- hearing on said final account, and publishing a notice for a period of thre
<br />weeks, as provided by law;
<br />That upon the filing of said application an order was entered by the Court fixing the time and
<br />place for a re- hearing on said final account, and notice given to all interested parties by pub-
<br />lishing a notice of said hearing in the Grand Island Independent for a period of three weeks, as
<br />provided by law; and
<br />That it appears to the Court from the proof now on file that notice of the filing of said final
<br />account and petition for final settlement of said estate was given to all persons interested in
<br />sgid estate by publishing a notice thereof in the Grand Island Independent for a period of three
<br />weeks, as provided by law, and said matter coming further to be heard upon the evidence, the
<br />Court further finds; -
<br />That said account is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and
<br />for said Administratt,tces final account, said estate settled and closed and said Administratrices
<br />discharged.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account, filed herein
<br />by Catherine Llewellyn and George H.Sullivan, Administratrices of the Estate of John Sullivan,
<br />deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for said Administratrices Final
<br />account, said estate settled and closed and said Administratrices discharged from any further
<br />liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the findings contained in the Final
<br />Decree, heretofore entered in said estate, on the 25th day of February, 1930, as to barring claime
<br />determination of heirs and distribution of the property, both real and personal, of said Estate,
<br />be and the same are hereby confirmed.
