<br />That since the entering of said Final Decree closing said estate, it has been discovered that an
<br />error was made in the description of the real estate, making it necessary to file an amended in-
<br />ventory herein, giving the correct description of said real estate; that an amended inventory was
<br />filed herein on the 6th day of December, 1934, correcting the error heretofore made in the origin
<br />inventory;
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Lloyd W.Keliy,_the duly appoints
<br />qualified and acting attorney for Eva Mae Rhodes and Luther M.Bennett, heirs -at -law and only heirs
<br />at -law, legatees and devisees and persons interested in the Estate of Martha Watson, deceased, be
<br />and he hereby is empowered and authorized to file an amended inventory herein giving the correct
<br />description of the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of her death.
<br />IT IS FURTH:�Iil ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all the findings embodied in the
<br />original Final Decree filed herein on the 26th day of January, 1934, be and the same are hereby
<br />confirmed and that the real estate correctly described as
<br />"all of Fractional Lot Four, in Block Twenty -two Nagy's addition to the City of Grand Island Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Also the following irregular parcel of ground situate in that part of the South
<br />Vest Quarter of the South hest Quarter of Section Number Ten, Township number eleven, Range Nine
<br />West, known as "Nagy's Reserve" and particularly described as follows: Commencing where the
<br />North line of the alley running through said block twenty -two, Nagy's Addition, interctjits the
<br />east line of "Oak Street ", in said city of Grand Island,thenc6 running due North to the Southerly
<br />Boundary line of said fractional Lot 41 block 22 Nagy's Addition, thence Easterly along said
<br />Southerly boundary line thereof to the Easterly bouridaw line of said fractional Lot -4 'thence ,
<br />Southerly on a continuation of said Easterly boundary line to the North line of the said Alley
<br />said Block 22, thence Westerly along said North line of said Alley about 66 Feet, to the
<br />Glace of beginning."
