<br />Annexed, of the Estate of Martha Watson, Deceased, and upon her petition for the settlement of
<br />said Estate, and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein,
<br />including said final report, and being fully advised in the premliess finds as follows: -
<br />That on the 26th day of February, 1932, the said Eva Mae Rhodes filed her petition in this Court,
<br />alleging among other things, that Martha Watson departed this life at Nampa, Idaho, on the 26th
<br />day of January, 1932, being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; that she left a Last Will and Testament, in which no one was named Executor or Executrix
<br />and praying that a hearing be had on said petition, and said instrument, purporting to be the Last
<br />Will and Testament of said deceased, be admitted to probate, and for such other relief as may be
<br />necessary and proper in the premises, whereupon the Court entered an Order fixing the time and
<br />place of hearing on said petition and gave notice, as provided by law, and said hearing being
<br />held, said instrument was duly admitted to probate as and for the Last Will and Testament.of the
<br />said Martha Watson, and the said Eva Mae Rhodes, a daughter of said deceased, was appointed ad-
<br />ministratrix, with Will Annexed, to administer the assets of said estate;
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing
<br />claims against said estate, and that such time has fully expired, and all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the said Martha Watson, deceased, if any such there be, and not filed herein
<br />should be forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />That the said Martha Watson departed this life, leaving as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law
<br />and persons interested in her estate, the following named;-
<br />Eva Mae Rhodes, a daughter of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and
<br />Luther Bennett, a son of Portland, Oregon,
<br />both of whom are of legal age, and are named as legatees under the Will of the said Martha Watson;
<br />That the said Martha Watson departed this life, leaving an estate consisting of both real and
<br />personal-property; situated in Hall County, Nebraska, said personal property having been reduced
<br />to cash in the amount of $725.75, of which amount the sum of $552.04 has been expened in payment
<br />of funeral expenses, claims against said estate, costs of administration, etc., leaving a balance
<br />of $173.71 for distribution to the said Eva Mae Rhodes and Luther Bennett, share and share alike;
<br />that said real estate is described as Lot 42 Block 222 Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that said real estate was devised and bequeathed, under the terms of
<br />the Will of the said Martha Watson, deceased, to Eva Mae Rhodes, a daughter and Luther Bennett,
<br />a son, in equal shares;
<br />That Martha Watson and Martha C.Watson.are one and the same person, and whereever the name of
<br />Martha Watson and Martha C.Watson appear in the probate proceedings, they refer to one and the
<br />same person;
<br />That the estate of the said Martha Watson, deceased, is not subject to the payment of any Inheri-
<br />tance Tax either under the laws of the State of Nebraska, or the laws of the United States;
<br />That the final report, filed herein by Eva Mae Rhodes, Administratrix, with the Will Annexed, of
<br />the estate of the said Martha Watson, Deceased, is true and correct in all things, and that the
<br />same ought to be approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and closed;
<br />said Administratrix, with the Will Annexed, discharged and the surety on her official bond releas d
<br />from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS, _THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein
<br />Eva Mae Rhodes, Administratrix, with Will Annexed, of the Estate of Martha Watson, Deceased, be
<br />and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final r eport, s aid estate settled and
<br />closed, and said administratiox, with Will Annexed discharged, and the surety on her official
<br />bond released from any further liability in said matter.
