<br />Is MARTHA C.WATSON, of GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, being
<br />mindful of the uncertainties of this mortal life and being of sound and disposing mind and memory
<br />to make and publish this
<br />- MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT -
<br />in the manner and form following; That is to say;
<br />Item First
<br />I hereby direct that the expense of my last sickness and burial and all my just debts be first pa'
<br />Item Second.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Eva Rhodes and to my son Luther Bennett all th
<br />estate of which I may die seised, be the same real, personal or mixed, of every name or descripti
<br />and wherever situate to have and to hold the same to themselves and to their heirs and assigns
<br />forever, share and share alike.
<br />Item Third.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.

<br />Watson, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of March 1932, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is.attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the la
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Martha Watson, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
