<br />herein, and of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the same, and there being no objections
<br />filed thereto, this cause was duly submitted to the court upon the petition of the said Fred W.
<br />Simmons, and the evidence in support thereof, and the court being duly advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the allegations in said petition are true, that the said Fred W.Simmons is now the own-
<br />er of the hereinafter described premises, that the said Thomas W.Freeman departed this life intes-
<br />tate in Hall County, Nebraska; that on February 7, 1976) letters of administration on said estate
<br />were issued to Samuel B.Runnells and that said administrator gave bond, took oath, and said estate
<br />was duly administered as by law provided; that due notice was given to the creditors of the said
<br />estate of the time fixed, and place appointed for filing claims, that all claims against said
<br />estate were fully paid and settled; the
<br />The court further finds that no order has.heretofore been entered, determining the heirs at law of
<br />the said Thomas T.Freeman, deceased, and the court therefore finds that the heirs at law and sole
<br />and only heirs at law of the said Thomas T.Freeman, deceased, are Harriett R.Freeman, Joseph Free an
<br />Isabella Freeman, Nathan Freeman, Dora Freeman, and Ida Freeman, and that they were the sole and
<br />only heirs at law having any interest in and to the Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section 24, Township
<br />11, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, at the death of the said Thomas T.Free-
<br />man, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the funeral expense of the deceased and all other debts filed agains
<br />said estate, together with the costs of administration, have been paid, and that any other debts
<br />of said deceased, if any such exist, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the oatmt that the said Fred W.Simmons is the
<br />owner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 11, Range 10 and is a proper person to
<br />file the application herein; that the said Thomas T.Freeman died intestate and that on February 7
<br />1976; letters of administration were issued to the said Samuel B.Runnells; that said estate was
<br />duly administered.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the heirs at law and only heirs at
<br />law of Thomas T.Freeman, deceased, were Harriett R.Freeman, Joseph Freeman, Isabella Freeman,
<br />Nathan Freeman, Dora Freeman, and Ida Freeman.
<br />It is further ofdered, adjudged and decreed by the court that no other person had any interest
<br />in the above described premises except the above named heirs at laws at the death of the said
<br />Thomas T.Freemans and it is further ordered that any debts of the said estate not filed and paid
<br />by the administrator, are forever barred and precluded; that the cost of administration thereof
<br />has been paid and that said estate is hereby closed and settled, and that all court costs have
<br />been paid.

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS T.FREEMAN, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now
<br />remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attache.;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.
