<br />HALL COUNTY that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament,
<br />Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE MATTE OF THE ESTATE OF JULIUS CHRIST
<br />BRUHN, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is
<br />correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court
<br />of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized
<br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the
<br />Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />SHORT WILL. IN THE NAME OF GOD, ADEN.
<br />I, Louis Graf of Doniphan, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, or-
<br />dain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently maybe.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto m5
<br />wife, Emma Graf, all of my property, whether real, personal or mixed and wherever situated and
<br />owned by me at th'e time of my death) she to have the same absolutely and forever.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint my wife, Emma Graf, to be Executrix of this my Last Will
<br />and Testament, hereby_r evoking all former wills by me made and I hereby direct that my said wife
<br />Emma Graf shall not be required to furnish any bond as executrix.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 6th day of Fe
<br />in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred thirty two.
<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said
<br />testator Louis Graf to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request
<br />have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.

<br />The within will of Louis-Graf, deceased, was this 14th day of May, 19341 removed
<br />from its sealed container and read to Emma Graf, surviving widow, and in the
<br />presence of the children, Leonard, Eddie, August and Laurine.
