<br />4th day of January, 1933) the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Julius
<br />Christ Bruhn, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of February
<br />1933, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Julius Christ Bruhn, de-
<br />ceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Estate of Julius Christ Bruhn,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 4th day of December, 1934, this cause came on to be heard on the Final Report of Detle
<br />Bruhn, Executor under the last Will and Testament of Julius Christ Bruhn, Deceased, and the court
<br />being fully advised in the premises, after the introduction of testimony and examination of the
<br />records and files in this estate, finds that said report is in all things just and correct and
<br />that the same should be approved;
<br />It is, therefore, ordered and adjudged that the Final Report of Detlef Bruhn be and the same is
<br />hereby approved.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed in said estate have been paid in full; that any
<br />claims, if any such there be, against said estate, which have not been filed, are barred.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered that all claims not now on file be and the same are hereby forever
<br />barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to either Federal estate tax or State
<br />inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims have been paid in full, court costs have been paid in
<br />full and the expenses of administration have been paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that the specific bequests have been settled by the payment of $2 ®00.00
<br />agreed upon as per stipulation on file.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased spelled his name in various ways, sometimes as Julius
<br />Christ Bruhn) Christian Bruhn, J.C.Bruhn, Chris Bruhn and Christ Brutin, but that wherever the
<br />name appears with respect to Section 16, Township 11, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, however spelled, refers to the testator, Julius Christ Bruhn,
<br />The court further finds that at the time of his death, the testator was the owner of the follow-
<br />ing described property;
<br />The Ndtrth half (NJ) of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ), the Southwest Quarter SWi) of the Northwest
<br />Quarter NW') and the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of the Northeast Quarter NEI) all in Section Six-
<br />teen (16�, �ownship Eleven (11), North, Range Eleven (11), West of the Rh P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of said Will said real estate passed and descended tc
<br />Detlef Bruhn in fee simple absolute.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate should be closed and the Executor discharged.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the estate of Julius Christ Bruhn
<br />be and the same is hereby closed, and the said Detlef Bruhn, executor, be and he is hereby dis-
<br />charged and released as such executor.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that on the death of Julius Christ Bruhn
<br />the hereinbefore described real estate did pass and descend to Detlef Bruhn in fee simple absolute
<br />and the same is hereby set riff .into him.
