<br />[Hall County, Nebraska, and left surviving him a widow, the said Hannah E.Olson,_and two dagghters�
<br />the said Lenore E.Olson and Phyllis Lodema Olson; that he left no other living children, or the
<br />living issue of any deceased children, and that the said Hannah E.Olson, Lenore E.Olson, and
<br />Phyllis Lodema Olson are the sole and only heirs of his estate.

<br />Now on this 22" day of November, 1934, this matter came on for hearing on the petition of William
<br />Gulzow for a decree dispensing with administration of the estate of said Rudolph Werner and for
<br />determination of heirship, and the evidence which was reduced to writing and now on file in said
<br />Court, is now on file in said Court.
<br />In consideration-whereof the Court finds that notice of time and place fixed in said Petition
<br />has been given by publication thereof for 3 weeks in the Grand Island Herald as ordered by the
<br />Court; that the said Rudolph Werner died in said County on the 2nd day of January, 1912s intdstate
<br />and that the following named persons are the fole heirs at law of the said Rudolph Werner,
<br />Dora Werner, his widow, residing in Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br />Sidney Werner, his son, residing in Imperial, Nebraska;
<br />that the said Rudolph Werner died seised of an estate of inheritance in the following described
<br />real estate;
