<br />7th day of May 1934; the in6trument purporting to be the last will and testament _of Jessie Kremer,
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31st day of May, 1934, said instrument,
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Jessie Kremer, deceased, and the same was ordered
<br />to be recordedin the records of the Court .aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 15th day of November, 1934) this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of
<br />Chauncey W.Kremer, Executor, and the court being fully advised in the premises, upon the records
<br />and files in this case, finds that due and proper notice of the filing of said report has been
<br />made in the manner and form provided by law, and that no objections have been filed to the filin
<br />of said Final Report;
<br />IT IS THEIEFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Final Report be and the same is hereby
<br />approved and allowed as the Final Report in said estate.
<br />The court further finds that said estate was not subject either to Federal estate tax or State
<br />inheritance tax.
<br />The court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since expired, and that
<br />all claims not now on file should be barred.
<br />IT IS ThEt�EFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims against the estate of Jessie Kreme ,
<br />deceased, not now on file, be and the are hereby forever barred and precluded.
