No. b HALL COUNTY <br />The Oourt doth further find and decree that the real estate owned by said deceased at the time <br />of his decease; to -wit: the North Half (N 1/2) of the North East Quarter (N.E.1 /4) and the North <br />half of the North West Quarter (N. 1/2 of N.W.1 /4) of Section Number Eighteen (18) in Township <br />Number Nine (9) North, of Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Nebraska, in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, doth pass by operation of law to Miles Chesebro and M.W.Chesebro, the brothers <br />and heirs at law and the only heirs at law of said deceased, subject only to the lawful claims, <br />debts and expenses of administration; that said real estate has been sold by the administrator of <br />said estate at private sale and a deed to the purchaser thereof duly executed by the said heirs of <br />said deceased and the proceeds of said sale have been duly accounted for by said administrator in <br />his said final report. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the money due and owing to said estate for pasturing stock in the seasa <br />of 1899, when collected, be paid to said Miles Chesebro and M.W.
