<br />COUNTY OF ADAMS
<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said County, at the County Court Room in Hastings
<br />on this 9th day of June, A.D. 1934.
<br />Present, W.Halsey Bohlke, County Judge.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />George B.Durkee, deceased.
<br />I, W.Halsey Bohlke, County Judge in and for said County, do hereby certify that on this 9th day of
<br />June, A.D. )1934P the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the said George B.
<br />Durkee, deceased)Aiich was filed in this court on the 22nd day of May, A.D. 1934, and being the
<br />instrument to which this is annexed, was duly proved, approved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the said George B.Durkee, deceased, in tnd for the State of Nebraska; and it
<br />was ordered to be recorded-.in the records of the County Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and the Seal of said County Court at Hastings this
<br />9th day of June, A.D. 1934.

<br />That on that date Walter Knicely, who had been named in said will as its executor, filed in this
<br />court his declination to serve as such executor, and the court made and entered an order appointir.
<br />Arnold Baumann as the administrator with will annexed of said estate; that he qualified on that
<br />date as such, and has been acting in that capacity since.
<br />That due notice was given to creditors to file claims against said estate; that one claim only waE
<br />filed, which has been allowed, and the time limited for filing claims has expired and all other
<br />claims not filed should be and they are hereby forever barred.
<br />That on the' .15th day of October, 1934, Arnold Baumann, administrator as aforesaid, filed in this
<br />court a report of his acts and doings as such administrator, which report the court finds to be
<br />correct, and that it should be approved as his final report; that by said report it is shown that
<br />all claims allowed against said estate, including the expense of the last sickness and burial of
<br />said deceased and the costs of administering his estate, have been fully paid; that there remains
<br />on hand in cash the sum of $261.12, and certain shares of stock therein described which by agree-
<br />ment of the interested parties were not reduced to cash but are to be assigned to the parties en-
<br />titled thereto by the will of said deceased.
<br />That said estate nor any part thereof is not liable for an inheritance tax because the value of
<br />said estate is less than the amount exempt to the interested parties under the laws of the State o
<br />&braska.
<br />That no reason exists why said estate should not be closed, and said administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court;
<br />1. That the final report of the administrator, Arnold Baumann, be and the same is hereby in all
<br />things approved and allowed as his final report.
<br />2. That the cash on hand as shown by said final report, to -wit $261.12, be and it is hereby order(
<br />equally divided between Grace E.Baumann and Minnie B.Christopher, to each the sum of $130.56.
<br />3. That the securities on hand as described in said final report and not reduced to cash) to -wit;
<br />One share stock in Hastings Armory Company
<br />One share stock in Adorns County Agricultural Society
<br />One share stock in Farmers Grain & Supply Company
<br />One Real Estate First Mortgage Bond, No. 43328 -B, issued by The Clarke- Buchanan Company; and
<br />One Real Estate First Mortgage Bond, No. 0353- B,issued by the First Baptist Church, Hastings,Nebrs
<br />are hereby assigned to Minnie B.Christopher and Grace E.Baumann, to each an undivided one -half, an
<br />said administrator with will annexed is hereby authorized to formally assign the interest of said
<br />deceased_to ,oaid residuary legatees, in equal shares.
<br />4. That the real estate of which said deceased died seized and possessed is hereby assigned;
