<br />the foregoing copy of Decree of Final Settlement in the matter of theestate of James E.Rollstin,
<br />Deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court; that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of said original record; that said Court had no clekk author-
<br />ized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I have the legal custody and control of said

<br />I, Henry S.Balcom, widower, of Cairo, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, 'do make
<br />and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid out of
<br />my personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and devise to my son, William F.Balcom, for the period of his natural life, and without
<br />power in him to alienate or incumber the _same, the northwest quarter of Section Thirty -four (34)
<br />in Township Twelve (12), North, Range Eleven (11), West of the sixth P.M., in Hall County,Nebraski
<br />and the remainder over, after the death of my said son, William F.Balcom, I give and devise to my
<br />grandchildrenichildren of my said son, William F.Balcom, living at the time of my death,share and
<br />share alike.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and devise to my son, George W.Balcom, for the period of his natural life, without power
<br />in him to incumber or alienate the same, the north half of the south half of the northeast quarte
<br />of Section Twenty -eight (29), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11),West of the Sixth
<br />P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska, and the remainder over, after the death of may said son, George W.
<br />Balcom, I give and devise to my two grandchildren,Robert Balcom and Lizzie Balcom, son and daught
<br />of my said son, George W.Balcom, share and share alike, and to the survivor of them, should eith
<br />be dead at the time of my death. It is my express intention that a younger son of Mary Balcom,wi
<br />of my said son, George W.Balcom, shall in no manner participate in, or receive any part of my
<br />estate, as I do not recognize such younger son of the said Mary Balcom to be any kin of mine.
<br />I FOURTH.
<br />I give and devise to my daughter, Flora L.Tracy, for the period of her natural life, without
<br />power in her to incumber or alienate the same, the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
<br />of Section Twenty -seven (27), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11),*est of the 67*h
