<br />FOURTH FINDING.
<br />That the deceased left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law the following persons towit:
<br />Alta L.Rollstin, widow;
<br />Loren Earl Rollstin, son;
<br />Carrie P.Elwick, daughter;
<br />Edgar Ray Rollstin, son;
<br />Maxine Rollstin, grand- daughter, she being the only child and issue of Lloyd Rollstin, son of
<br />decedent, who predeceased him;
<br />Leona Rollstin, grand - daughter, and Laverne Rollstin, grand- daughter, latter two persons being
<br />the sole and only children and issue of Ralph Rollstin, son of decedent, who predeceased h m
<br />all of the foregoing mentioned children being children by a prior marriage of decedent, also
<br />Warren R.Rollstin, son, he being the only child and issue of the marriage of decedent and his
<br />widow, the eaid Alta L :Rollstin.
<br />FIFTH FINDING.
<br />That under the statutes of descent of the State of Nebraska said real estate hereinbefore describ d
<br />descend with title in fee simple to the following persons and in the following shares and p rport ons
<br />towit:
<br />To Alta L.Rollstin, widow, an undivided one - fourth share and interest;,to Loren Earl Rollstin, son,
<br />an undivided one- eighth share and interest; to Carrie P.Elwick, daughter, an undivided one- eighth
<br />share and interest; to Edgar Ray Rollstin, son, an undivided one - eighth share and interest; to
<br />Maxine Hollstin, grand - daughter, an undivided one- eighth share and interest; :.to Leona _Rollstin,
<br />grand - daughter, an undivided one - sixteenth share and interest; to Laverne Rollstin, grand- daughte:
<br />an undivided one - sixteenth share and interest, and to Warren R.Rollstin, son, an undivided one -
<br />eighth share and interest, all subject, however, to the home and homestead rights of the widow,
<br />Alta L.Rollstin in said property in Aurora, Hamilton County-, Nebraska, heretofore described; that
<br />the personal estate undisposed of descends to the same persons and in the same shares and propor-
<br />tions as hereinbefore found with regard to the real estate.
<br />SIXTH FINDING.
<br />That all of the household goods and personal effects belonging to the decedent are exempt to and
<br />should be set over to the widow, also that the widow be allowed statutory exemption selected by
<br />her in the sum of $200.00 in cash.
<br />SEVENTH FINDING.
<br />That this estate should be closed.
<br />It is, therefore, considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that this estate should
<br />be closed and settled; that all the debts and claims against this estate have been paid, includin
<br />court costs and probate expenses; that this estate is not liable for any Federal Estate tax or ar
<br />State Inheritance Tax; that the real estate belonging to this estate descended and is hereby
<br />assigned with title in fee simple to the following persons and in the following shares and propoi
<br />tions towit:
<br />To Alta L.Rollstin, widow, an undivided one- fourth share and interest; to Loren Earl Rollstin, s
<br />an undivided one - eighth share and interest; to Carrie P.Elwick,_daughters an undivided one- eight
<br />share and interest; to Edgar Ray Rollstin,- son, an undivided one- eighth share and interest; to
<br />Maxine Rollstin, grand- daughter, an undivided one - eighth share and interest;_to Leona Rollstin,
<br />grand - daughter, an undivided one- sixteenth share and interest; to Laverne Rollstin, grand- daught
<br />an undivided one - sixteenth share and interest, and to Warren R.Rollstin, son, an undivided one -
<br />eighth share and interest, subject to the home and homestead rights of the widow, Alta L.Rollsti

<br />in the property hereinbefore found to be such home and homestead; that the personal property, of er
<br />the setting aside to the widow, of the household goods, personal effects and statutory exemption cf
<br />$200.00 in cash, be, and the same is hereby assigned to the same persons and in the same shares
<br />and-Vroportions as adjudged with regard to the real estate. And it further appearing that said
<br />Administrator has done all of the things required of him by law and by the orders of this court,
<br />this matter be confirmed and his final report
