Hall County, Nebraska, has been assumed by John C. <br />and each of the other children having paid to him their full share of said mortgage they should b <br />released from further liability under said mortgage. <br />The Court further finds that the bequest of One Thousand Dollars-to Vina Quigle, the widow, has <br />been paid and her receipt for the same is now on file in this cause. <br />The Court further finds that Harry Quigle and Harrison W.Quigle is one and the same person, and <br />that his true name is Harrison W.Quigle; <br />Pg. 6.- Decree Estate Jacob H.Quigle, Deed cont.- <br />that Henry Quigle and Charles H.Quigle is one_and. the same person, and that his true name is <br />Charles H.Quigle; that Ada Nitehelmore and Ada M.Mitehelmore is one and the same person, and that <br />her true name is Ada M.
