<br />The Court further finds that by satisfactory agreement between the parties the mortgage of $1500.
<br />on the East Half (EJ) of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Sixteen (16) in Township Nine (9)
<br />North, Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, has been assumed by John C.
<br />and each of the other children having paid to him their full share of said mortgage they should b
<br />released from further liability under said mortgage.
<br />The Court further finds that the bequest of One Thousand Dollars-to Vina Quigle, the widow, has
<br />been paid and her receipt for the same is now on file in this cause.
<br />The Court further finds that Harry Quigle and Harrison W.Quigle is one and the same person, and
<br />that his true name is Harrison W.Quigle;

<br />that Henry Quigle and Charles H.Quigle is one_and. the same person, and that his true name is
<br />Charles H.Quigle; that Ada Nitehelmore and Ada M.Mitehelmore is one and the same person, and that
<br />her true name is Ada M. Mitchelmore; that Jacob Quigle and Jacob H.Quigle was one and the same
<br />person.
<br />The Court further finds that the final account of the said John C.Quigle, executor of the estate 4
<br />the said Jacob H.Quigle, deceased, is in all respects just, true, and correct; that due notice to
<br />creditors has been given; that all claims allowed against said estate have been duly paid and
<br />satisfied, and that said estate is now solvent, and that said estate is not subject to either
<br />Federal or State inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that since the filing of the final report by said executor, the payment
<br />of the claim of the Central Power Company and payment of other items in connection with said eat
<br />have been made by said executor, and receipts therefor are on file in this cause.
<br />The Court further finds that all necessary proceedings have been had for the administration of
<br />estate and that all debts of the deceased, the costs of funeral expenses and administration of hi
<br />estate have been paid in full.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, _ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court;
<br />That the real estate described in the findings hereof, be and the same is hereby set over and
<br />assigned as follows:
