<br />described as follows : - Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot One (1) in Pleasant Addition to
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, running thence west One Hundred Thirty -four and seven tenth's (134 7 /10) Feet;
<br />hence North Forty -seven and six tenth, +s (47 6/10) Feet; thence East One Hundred Thirty -four and
<br />seven - tenth's (1347/10) Feet to the east line of said Lot; thence South on the east line of said
<br />Lot to the place of beginning. I also give and devise unto my said daughter, the North Half (NJ)
<br />of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Ten (10) in Johnson's Addition to Hastings, Nebraska. These
<br />bequests are made subject to any and all encumbrances that may be against said properties at the
<br />time of my death.
<br />SIXTH. I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, John C.Quigle, the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska; The East Half _(Ef) of the Northwest Quarter (Nwi) of
<br />Section sixteen (16) in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., also the fol-
<br />lowing described real estate situated in Adams County, State.of Nebraska: The West Ninety (90) F
<br />of the North thirty -nine and three- tenthsts (39 3/10) Feet of Lot One (1) and the West Ninety (90)
<br />Feet of the South Five (5) Feet of Lot Two (2) in Pleasant Addition to Hastings, Nebraska, The
<br />equests are made subject to any and all encumbrances that may be against said real estate at the
<br />time of my death.
<br />SEVENTH. The residue of my estate of whatsoever nature and wherever situate, I give, devise and
<br />bequeath unto my four children, Harry Quigle, Henry Quigle, Ada M.Mitchelmore and John C.Quigle,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />EIGHTH, I order and direct that should any beneficiary in this Will attempt in any manner to obje
<br />to the probate of this Will or in any manner interfere with the carrying out of the provisions co
<br />tained therein, he or she so objeotthg or interfering, shall forfeit the bequest made to him or h
<br />and such bequest so forfeited shall be divided equally among the remaining beneficiaries in this
<br />Will making no objections. _
<br />LASTLY, I hereby nominate and appoint my son, John C.Quigle, to be the Executor of my estate and
<br />of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

<br />I Jacob H.Quigle of the City of Hastings, Nebraska, do make this Codicil to my last Will and Testa-
<br />ment above dated August 19th 1933, hereby ratifying and confirming my said Will and Testament exce]
<br />so far as the Codicil changes the same, Having recently placed a mortgage of $1500, on the East ha:
<br />of the North West Quarter of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6" P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, and being desirous of dealing farily and justly with all my
<br />children named in said Will and Testament, I now charge all of my four children named in my said
<br />Will and Testament with said mortgage and for the payment of same. They to be charged share and
<br />share alike with said mortgage and the payment of same or it to be taken out of their bequests made
<br />in said Will and Testament. Witness my hand at Hastings, Nebraska, this the second day of October,
